1. Agreement This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Jongsoo Chang ("we", "us"). By installing or using Saza for Seeker (the "App"), you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App. 2. License We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. 3. Entertainment Only The App provides fortune content based on Korean Four Pillars (Saju), tarot, and fortune cookie messages. All content is for entertainment and self-reflection only. The App does not provide, and must not be relied upon as, medical, psychological, legal, financial, or investment advice. Do not make important decisions based on the App's content. If you need professional help, consult a qualified professional. 4. No Payments, No Tokens The App is free. It contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no advertising. We do not sell, distribute, or promise any token, coin, airdrop, yield, or financial reward through the App. Nothing in the App is an offer to sell or solicit any security or financial product. Any collectible feature that may be added later is a non-financial keepsake with no promised monetary value. 5. Wallet Connection Connecting a Solana wallet is optional. The App works without it. If you connect, we ask your wallet to sign a one-time message so that we can verify you control that wallet, and we check whether the wallet holds a Seeker Genesis Token. We never request, receive, or store your private keys or recovery phrase. We do not initiate transfers of your assets. Any signature request will describe what you are signing. 6. Your Content and Data You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth information you enter. See our Privacy Policy for how that information is handled. 7. Acceptable Use You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where such restriction is prohibited by law; (b) interfere with or disrupt the App or its supporting services; (c) use automated means to create multiple identities or otherwise manipulate progress or rewards; (d) use the App in violation of applicable law. 8. Intellectual Property The App, including its text, illustrations, tarot artwork, mascot, interpretation databases, and Four Pillars calculation engine, is owned by the developer and is protected by copyright and other laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in this Agreement. 9. Availability and Changes The App may be updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features described as arriving in a future update are plans, not commitments, and may change or be withdrawn. 10. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error free, or that content will be accurate. 11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or assets, arising out of your use of the App. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law. 12. Third Party Services and Infrastructure The App is published and operated by an individual developer. The App's web content and verification endpoints are hosted on Vercel infrastructure, which processes network requests on the developer's behalf. The App also relies on other third party services, including Solana wallets and Solana network infrastructure. Those services are governed by their own terms and are outside our control. 13. Termination This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach this Agreement. 14. 1. Summary Saza for Seeker is designed to collect as little as possible. Your birth date, birth time, and gender stay on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers, never shared with third parties, and never written into any collectible or onchain data. 2. Information Stored on Your Device Only The following is stored in your device's local storage and is not transmitted to us: • Birth date, birth time (or "time unknown"), and gender • Your daily results: tarot card drawn, fortune score, fortune cookie message • Completed days and milestone progress (only an anonymous, coarse progress range is counted in aggregate; see Section 3) • Your daily reminder time, if you set one Clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App deletes this information. We cannot recover it, because we never had it. 3. Information We Process If you choose to connect a wallet, our server processes: • Your public wallet address • A one-time signature proving you control that wallet • The mint address of your Seeker Genesis Token, if the wallet holds one Verification happens within the request itself. We do not keep any server-side database of wallet addresses, signatures, or verification results; the outcome is stored only on your device. We do not use this information for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell it. To understand overall usage, the App also sends anonymous feature-usage counts: which feature was used (for example "a ritual was completed today") together with a coarse category (for example a progress range or a result type). These counts contain no birth information, no wallet addresses, no signatures, no token mint addresses, no advertising identifiers, and no persistent user or device identifier. They are stored only as daily totals and cannot be traced back to you. We never receive your private keys or recovery phrase. 4. What We Do Not Collect • Birth information, in any form • Contact details such as name, email, or phone number • Precise location • Contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data • Advertising identifiers • Persistent user or device identifiers • Individual usage logs linked to you 5. Notifications If you enable the daily reminder, the reminder is scheduled locally on your device. No reminder data is sent to our servers, and we do not send push messages to you. 6. Sharing Share cards you create contain only the tarot card, one sentence of interpretation, and your lucky color and numbers. They never contain your birth information, your full reading, your wallet address, or your Genesis Token. Sharing happens through your device's own share sheet. Whatever you share is then governed by the receiving app or platform. 7. Who Operates the App, and Third Party Processors The App is published and operated by an individual developer, who decides what is collected and why. Processing on the developer's behalf: • Vercel Inc.: hosts the App's web content and verification endpoints, and processes network requests (including standard server logs) • jsDelivr (font delivery network): serves the App's typeface files and therefore receives your IP address and browser type when those files load • Supabase: hosts the App's aggregated feature-usage database and collection endpoint. The App stores daily counts by feature and coarse result category, but does not include birth information, wallet addresses, signatures, token mint addresses, advertising identifiers, or a persistent user identifier in those records • Solana RPC provider: receives your public wallet address in order to look up token holdings These providers process data on the developer's behalf under their own security terms. We do not sell personal information. 8. Retention We keep no server-side records of wallet verification, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete for your wallet. Aggregated usage counts are automatically deleted after 180 days; they contain no personal identifiers, so they cannot be linked to you. Standard network and security logs may be processed by the infrastructure providers under their own retention practices. Device-stored data is retained until you clear the App's storage or uninstall the App. 9. Your Choices and Rights • Use the App without connecting a wallet • Skip entering birth information, and still use tarot and the fortune cookie • Delete device-stored data at any time by clearing the App's storage • Contact us with any privacy question or request at the address below Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. Contact us and we will respond as required by applicable law. 10. Children The App is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. 11. Security Transport is encrypted. Server credentials are held in managed secret storage. Each verification request is time-limited and server-authenticated, so an old request cannot be replayed later. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. 12.
